The digital files will be emailed to you in the weeks following the event. Photographers choice of photos, with additional photos available for purchase, if available.

Capturing family moments is something I am so passionate about. Moments are fleeting, children aren’t small for long, and we don’t know what life is going to throw at us, and I know how treasured photos become. I also know how awkward posed photos can feel, so I try to capture more natural interactions, natural laughter and banter, so those special moments you feel can be framed for the wall.
With a big family living all over New Zealand, Australia and the UK, I know how special it is to get family photos when everyone is together, so our wider family group prices aim to balance the often restrictive cost in professional photography, as well as the time that goes into capturing and editing those photos afterwards.
Book a photography session - at one of our suggested locations, in our home studio, or maybe somewhere else upon agreement.

Cancellations & rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least [X] days before the session and are subject to availability.
We may reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment failure, or events beyond our control.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Copyright & image use
All photographs remain the copyright of the photographer under the Copyright Act 1994.
Clients receive a licence to use images for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Clients may request privacy before the session. Please note, it is our personal view to not show full faces on social media, website platforms and in marketing material to protect privacy in this digital world.

Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Arriving on time
Cooperation of participants
Securing permissions for locations and venues
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
Clients understand that they are voluntarily participating in a photo session on either public property, or private property, that may have uneven ground and unpredictable risks. Clients release the photographer from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss during or related to the session.
Data storage
The digital photo files will be stored in our system for 6 months should clients need another copy of it sent. After that it will be deleted from our computer system unless agreed to be used as marketing material. If that photo is used on social media (with your permission) then it will remain on those platforms indefinitely.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
